Pet Parents,
We want
to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community,
customers, and staff very seriously. Like you, we are observing the WI Safer At
Home Order and closely watching the developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
pandemic in Green Bay.
Even
though our doors are locked, we are still here for you. Some of the services we
provide are considered non-essential (Grooming); we can provide essential
services only to our clients (Boarding, Daycare, Pet Supplies). How we deliver,
those services are modified so we may prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Grooming
is considered a non-essential service. We plan to open grooming on May 26, 2020
(hopefully sooner if the WI Safer At Home Order is lifted earlier). We have a
list of clients who had appointments scheduled between March 25-May 25th, 2020,
and we will be contacting those clients on the list to re-schedule your
appointment for grooming services.
Fun
Camp (Doggy Daycare) – We will be opening Fun Camp soon.
Please
check our Fun Camp Facebook page (Fun Camp Tails) for the opening date. A
separate message will be sent to our Fun Camp clients detailing how we will be
practicing “No Contact” social distancing for this service.
Virtual

Pet
Boarding – If you need to board your pet, please call (920) 468-7956 or submit
us a message through our website https://golrusk.com/contact-us/ . We will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Pet
Products – During the remainder of the WI Safer At Home order, we are offering
Curbside Pick-up or Delivery of pet products, including Dog Food (Fromms Gold
or Taste Of The Wild). Click this link to order your pet products directly from

The Lobby and Pet Store will be closed to the
public. Please note we will contact you to schedule a time for your curbside
pick-up and collect payment over the phone. Curbside is available at our 1991 Allouez
Ave. location only.
Invisible
Fence by Golrusk is open and has made the necessary adjustments to their daily
operations to keep staff and clients protected. Sales appointments will be
conducted virtually, and you may schedule an appointment by following this

is open by appointment only. Please call 920-405-0540 to schedule an
appointment for help with your existing Invisible Fence. We continue to service
and install Invisible Fence Brand systems.
