Dear Pet Parents,

 

We are excited to welcome back the pets.  It will seem strange for the pets and for yourself when you see our new “no contact” entrances.  Our staff will be there to help guide you through our safety protocols.  Speaking of safety, we ask that if anyone in your household had or is experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 to please wait a bit longer before bringing your pet for services at Golrusk. 

 

Curb Side Drop Off and Pick Up

Golrusk has designated a specific entrance for Grooming. We have signage to indicate which entrance to use. 

 

When you enter through the first gate, we ask that you close the gate behind you.  Ask your dog to do a sit-stay while you remove their collar and leash.  When we see that you have removed the collar and leash, our staff will open the door to lead your dog inside the building.  Wave goodbye and exit through the gate with your collar and leash. NO COLLAR AND LEASHES STAY AT GOLRUSK.  Please make sure the gate closes behind you. 

 

Before you return to pick your pet up, kindly call Golrusk to let them know you are on your way and we will also collect any payment over the phone.  REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR LEASH AND COLLAR.

 

Pick-up will be exactly like drop-off.  Walk through the first gate and we will guide your dog through the door so you may attach their leash and collar.

 

Curb Side pick-up of pet products – During the remainder of the WI Safer At Home order, we are offering Curbside Pick-up of pet products, including Dog Food (Fromms Gold or Taste Of The Wild). The Lobby  and Pet Store will remain closed to the public until the WI Safer At Home Order is completely lifted. Please note we will contact you to schedule a time for your curbside pick-up and collect payment over the phone.

Invisible Fence by Golrusk is open and has made the necessary adjustments to their daily operations to keep staff and clients protected. Sales appointments will be conducted virtually, and you may schedule an appointment by following this link https://golrusk.invisiblefence.com/your-local-dealer/home  . The StoreFront located at 2543 Babcock Road is open by appointment only. Please call 920-405-0540 to schedule an appointment for help with your existing Invisible Fence. We continue to service and install Invisible Fence Brand systems.
